Pregnancy and birth are transformative forces. With each birth of a baby, parents are reborn - fresh, new, curious, overwhelmed, full of new, huge, raw feelings. Just like their baby. Even if those parents already have older children! I love supporting those new parents so they are entering the next phase of their journey as empowered, knowledgeable, confident and curious parents. Basic Doula Services
I provide invaluable informational, emotional, and physical support during your pregnancy and labor. I can offer you information so that you’re aware of your options and you can make decisions you feel confident in. I teach comfort measures to you and your birth partner so that you can practice and discover what is most comfortable for you before your big day comes!
Birth Coach services
Need something that isn’t listed in my Basic Doula Package? Just ask me!
Use this service if you want someone to help you find a great medical provider, someone to accompany you to medical visits, or create a post-partum plan. Also, if you do not need me at your birth but you’d like help creating your birth plan or learning comfort techniques, just ask! I love getting creative to meet your specific needs!
Hypno-doula services
Would you like to add one or two personalized hypnosis tracks to your preparation? Contact me and I can get started on creating your own customized relaxation tracks to listen to you as you prepare for your big day! I use relaxation, visualization and imagery, and soothing music to help you prepare for a joyful birth.
